The other day at the psychiatric clinic a girl walked up to the counter and started shouting at the staff saying she had been waiting for so long. The staff tried to explain the situation at the clinic to her, about how we're understaffed and all when suddenly she went all hypersonic on us. I mean she actually started screaming at the top of her lungs at the staff.....everyone at the clinic went dead-silent!
So i thought...patient getting aggressive. Put her in a straight-jacket and jab the chick
But then we realized that it was her brother who was the patient, not her!
So then i thought put the bitch in a straight jacket and jab her bitch-ass!
She just went on and on yelling, accusing us of being racist and giving preference to certain races. Well for your information biatch we have absolutely no time to be racist!
Then i heard her say something about how she is an officer. So i thought she meant court officer as in a lawyer, but turns out she meant bank officer.
BANK OFFICER!Ok so maybe in Narnia being a bank officer guarantees you a post as the White Witch's sidekick but in the real world, it counts for squat!
This stupid bitch came at 10am and expected to be seen by 12pm. There were patients who were waiting much longer but just waited patiently. I was tempted to tell the bitch if she wanted prompt service go to the fecking private sector where u'd have to pay thru your nose, but unfortunately i dont work there. And what annoyed me more was the fact that the staff were still so nice and pleasant to her and tried to explain the situation to her. And after all that apparently she went to the Director of the hospital and said she would be putting this online.
Bitch!
How uneducated are you to shout in a clinic full of sick people???!! What more people with emotional and mental problems who get even more disturbed at such outbursts???!!!

For you morons out there who think we government staff are just shaking legs, i invite you to come to the clinic on Tuesdays or Thursdays where you will see the staff running about like headless chickens, trying to placate every patient. We have around 6 doctors for a total of 120 patients a day (and by that i mean from 8am to 1pm only) so you do the math! Almost every clinic day the staff are forced to work thru lunch till 2pm and mind you they dont get to claim overtime. And the beauty of it is that they still treat every patient with the utmost gentleness and respect!
But people only see what they want to see and complain like whiny little bitches and that really annoys the hell out of me cos they work soo very hard. We have ISO and accreditation as well you know. I have never seen anyone slacking off or being nasty to patients. In fact i think the only one who gets annoyed with the patients is ME!
Anyway this offending female works in the Citibank in Centro. You'll recognize her as the constipated-looking female in need of several laxatives. I am going to go there one of these days and yell at her....of course my mum says i shouldn't sink down to her level but i told her with uneducated people like this, that is the only way to go!
Let's see how she feels about people coming into her 'house' and yelling at her.

such a bitch. maybe she got dumped. even at private hospitals i wait for my turn for hours each time just to get my xrays. what more govt hosps.
lately i also came across horrible men and women who tried winning through yelling and intimidation. didnt involve me but felt like tripping them over. or breaking their windshields or something. rude assholes.
i admire their patients - seen it happen before - we go to the ones near our home every now n then - coz the meds r gd some drs r good - i met a crazy dude there one time

Wow, you guys are totally understaffed, it's not your problem. It's the government's problem, there seems to be no money for hospitals. I've seen a public and private hospital in Batu Pahat and I was shocked to see how run down the public was. Something's definitely wrong with your public healthcare, but if someone needs to be shouted at, it's the representatives in your parliament.

MKL : Thanks luv. The problem is all the 'politics' and 'racism' in the system has resulted in a lot of professionals especially doctors leaving to work overseas. If only the morons up there finally got it into their thick skulls! Actually i think they do know it...they just dont give a shit!

mayb some wannabe rich woman trying to act all royal and such, but too stingy to pay for private healthcare...
wen i fractured and dislocated my wrist, i waited for 6 hrs before being treated... then the checkups had me waiting a minimum of 2 hrs each time... i was annoyed, but i sucked it all up coz i knew how hectic a govt hosp can be... my frens are all docs and i pity those who work at the A&E and ObGyn dept
