A Year Ago

Has it already been 1 year??????

I mean my god!! Where did it go???

I can't believe exactly a year ago i was in Phuket celebrating my birthday with my buddies. Where i almost drowned then heard the heartbreaking news that the love of my life, Michael Jackson, had died...on my birthday of all things.

And i guess i've been in such a state of shock and grief that i never got round to blogging bout my birthday, which actually turned out to be pretty great

After the whole drowning thingy, we were determined anyway to party the night away into my birthday so we headed first to the strip clubs...which were rather disappointing cos the lady who performed the 'ping-pong' show was soo old i wanted to pay her to put her clothes back on!

Anyway after that we headed to Soi Bangla and immediately made ourselves comfortable at this bar called Black Rose which not only had great hostesses, but a very very very yummy bartender :)
We had i think about 20-30 shots each of god knows what...he just prepared the most potent shit...some of which involved fire i remember...but it was just excellent.

And Ram was the sweetest....i had been wanting to dance on the podium...yes the ones by the side of the road....so he asked one of the girls if i could join her and she of course agreed...so i managed to do a bit of pole dancing...woot!
My mummy would have been so proud :p

We had such a great time and i was determined to continue my flirtation with the bartender so we headed back to Black Rose the next night. But i was of course so shy so my friends took matters into their own hands and put salt all over my neck and insisted that the bartender have a tequilla shot off me!!
Heee heee...
After that the night got very interesting....in fact there were naughty videos taken but i shan't post them here...tee hee.....not 'that' naughty so don't let your innocent minds run wild children!

I spent 3 days in phuket and the very next day the gang took me to melaka for my birthday since most of them couldn't make it for the trip, which was planned at the last minute. They booked this gorgeous gorgeous bungalow in  A Famosa which comes with an attached pool and is immaculately clean.

I must admit that i wasn't really in the mood cos i was just soo devastated by Michael's death but what was soo great bout the trip was that it was totally dedicated to Michael Jackson. We kept mimicking all his moves, singing his songs, reminiscing about our Michael moments....it was just precious!

So in the end it turned out to be a great birthday.

Oh and i had 3 cakes!! In phuket my friends asked the hotel to surprise me with a cake but they came a day early. So the next day they actually brought another cake for me and sang to me. So sweet! And of course the gang got me another cake in melaka....hee hee....me likey a lot
